After four years of service in the United States Army, Rashawn brought the same discipline and work ethic to the trades — starting as a laborer on a roofing crew and steadily earning his way up. He mastered the craft from the ground up, shingle by shingle, before building and leading his own crew. In 2020, at one of the most uncertain moments in recent history, he founded RGS Construction LLC. What began during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic has grown into one of the region’s most trusted names in residential exterior construction — with over 1,000 completed projects and a reputation built on quality, integrity, and craftsmanship that speaks for itself.
